Low intesity cardio
Low intensity cardio is what most people do but it is the least effective exercise. It has its health benefits but it is not the best exercise to lose belly fat. This exercise benefits beginners by helping them build fitness. After doing this for up to half a year, they are ready to start high intensity cardio. Walking, jogging and swimming are examples of low intensity cardio. People do not like to hear that this exercise is not effective for losing belly fat. This exercise only burns fat as long as you are exercising. The fat burning only happens when you are exercising. You should spend minimum time on these exercises unless you do not have sufficient fitness to do high intensity cardio. Instead you could use this time to do more outdoor activities such as cycling, trekking or just playing with your kids on the park
