When you are at the gym with a group of other people it may be intimidating, but while you are at home you have privacy and can feel at ease. If you feel this way, don’t be upset, you’re not alone. Many women are concerned about this because weight training has traditionally been thought of as a man’s sport. Times have changed now and women as well as men commonly work out at the gym, but if you choose to work out at home that is very good choice.
When people travel they miss their exercises. If you are traveling this is going to happen. You travel for your company. You’re out of town on vacation. You make a decision to travel to see your friends or family.
