Can you really expect a man to handle anything when he can't even handle his own weight?  People often poke fun at "man boobs" as one of the prime symptoms of being overwieght.  How to get rid of man boobs is not as simple as you might imagine.  Before getting into the solution, let's look at the cause more closely.

You could have man boobs for one of two reasons:
